- What is 12A Registration– 12A Registration is a registration given by income tax department to any ngo which allow NGO income to be exempt under income tax act,1961.
- Why 12A Registration is required– Getting your NGO Registered under section 12A is most important, Following are the benefits of getting this registration
- NGO Income would not be taxable if you are registered under sec 12A.
- 12A Registration is mandatory for getting registration under section 80G where donor get exemption.

- Registration Certificate of Society/Section-8 Company/Trust deed
- Memorandum and Rules of Regulation of Society/MOA & AOA of Section-8 company/trust deed.
